The Housing Baba Partner Portal is used by channel partners to register property enquiries and by the Housing Baba team to call those clients, arrange site visits and record bookings. This page explains what information the portal holds, why, and who can see it.
What we collect
- About channel partners: name, mobile number, email address, firm name, RERA number and city, given when you sign up.
- About clients, entered by the partner: client name, mobile number, the project they are interested in, and any note the partner adds.
- Work records: calls made to the client and their outcome, site visits, booking details, and the time and person for each action.
- Google sign-in: if you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive only your name, email address and profile photo from Google. We never see your Google password.
Why we use it
- To call clients about the project they asked for and arrange site visits.
- To show each partner the progress of the clients they registered.
- To protect a partner’s claim on a client (the “tag”) and settle disputes fairly.
- To confirm bookings with the developer and work out partner commission.
Who can see what
- A partner sees only the clients they registered.
- A telecaller sees only the clients assigned to them.
- Managers see client numbers masked, never in full.
- Housing Baba administrators can see all records to run the service.
- A client’s details are shared with the project’s developer only to arrange a site visit or complete a booking.
We do not sell or rent anyone’s information.
Client consent
When a partner adds a client, the partner confirms that the client has agreed to be contacted about the project. Clients who no longer wish to be called can tell their caller or write to us, and we will stop.
Where it is stored and for how long
Records are stored in a secured database hosted in India (Mumbai) and accessed over an encrypted connection. Every account has its own login, and every change is recorded. We keep records while the partner account is active and as long as needed for bookings, commission and legal requirements. You can ask us to correct or delete your information.
